We are excited to announce that Ringstead Community Group will be hosting our first ever Vintage Vehicle Festival & Spring Market. A brand-new community event bringing together classic vehicles, local businesses and families for a fantastic day out in the heart of Ringstead.

As this is our inaugural event, we’ve included as much information as possible below to help visitors, stall holders, vehicle entrants and sponsors.

📅 Event Details

Date: Sunday  24th May 2026
Time: Open to the public 11am -  5pm
Location: Carlow Road  NN14 4DW
Entry: Free entry to visitors
Parking: Parking will be available - More info to follow

🚗 Vintage Vehicle Display

We welcome entries including:

• Classic & vintage cars

• Motorbikes

• Tractors

• Agricultural vehicles

• Military vehicles

• Stationary engines (if applicable)

Vehicle Arrival Information

• Arrival time: From 8am on Sunday 24th May 2026

• All vehicles must remain on display until:  5pm Sunday 24th May 2026 

• Vehicles will be positioned by our event marshals

• Proof of insurance may be required

• Drivers are responsible for their own vehicles at all times

🛍️ Spring Market

Our Spring Market will showcase a variety of:

• Local makers & crafters

• Artisan food producers

• Small independent businesses

• Community groups

Stall Holder Information

• Pitch size: 3 x 3m  OR   6 x 3m

• Set-up time: From 8am on Sunday 24th May 2026

• Tables/gazebos: [Not provided]

• Power supply: [Not available]

• Public liability insurance required

• Food vendors must provide relevant hygiene certification

🛍️ Stall Holder Update (19th February 2026)  – Food Vendors 

We’ve had an incredible response to our Vintage Vehicle Festival & Spring Market. Thank you!

We are now fully booked for hot food vendors, including burger vans and street food traders, and are no longer accepting applications in this category.

However, we are still welcoming applications from artisan market-style food stalls, particularly those offering:

• 🧀 Specialist cheeses

• 🍞 Homemade breads

• 🥖 Artisan pastries

• 🫒 Deli-style produce

Please note: we are not currently looking for cake or cupcake stalls, as this category is already filled.

Our aim is to keep a balanced and varied market offering for visitors, so applications will continue to be reviewed carefully.
